Thoughts On Healthy Habits

You have to change the way you think it is. The entire determining factor of where you go in life. We are all where we are today because we thought ourselves to this place. If you do not like the position, think yourself from it. Your brain is divided into two halves, positive and negative, good and evil. It don’t work on nothing else. Ain’t no neutral ground in your brain. It see the positive and good or negative and evil. On either side, you have a million factory workers on the positive side, you have a million mill workers on the negative side in the forefront of each of those factories in your brain is a foreman. You got forming positive and you got forming negative. You are in charge. You’re the boss of the factory. Guess what we all, how we think you can’t create a world, but you can create your own world.
So now because your brain is in two hands, allow me to show you how this works.

You awaken in the morning and you say, man, I don’t feel myself today. I’m not a morning person forming negative. Her hears that he steps to the front. He said, what did you say? You say? I said, I woke up on the wrong side of the bed day. I’m not myself. I am not a morning person. He states, you got it immediately. He said, Hey, the boss just woke up and said, he’s not a morning person. He’s having a bad day to day. And he ai not feeling himself. Let’s get to work. So now guess what, man, I hate my alarm clock went off this afternoon.

I got to get out here in this traffic. I’d drive down here today. I don’t even like these people on my job. I can not stand this confident to have in this water. I wish I had a brand new car, but I am driving this raggedy car and on and on. And your day starts tumbling into everything you audit at the peak of the day. Today will be a terrific day today. I expect something really good to happen for me now. You say? I said, I am having a terrific day today. I expect something good to happen to date, form, positive provisions, needing to go, okay, let me have your attention. Steve’s having a great day today. He’s expecting some terrific things to happen and guy, let’s get it going. And let us start manufacturing. Thoughts. Same way, man. I can not wait to go to work today.

I’m so thankful. I got a car to drive to work now. Hey man, at least I got a check coming in. I appreciate the fact that I do not have a car, but at least I can walk to the train, man. This will be great today. That is the way your mind works. 24 seven. It never turns off change your attitude. You change your altitude.

It all depends on how you live.
Fives are largely influenced by how we think things are not the way they are. The way we think they are affects us most.
